the most painful sentence

Someone once said to me "I used to live in a fairy tale and you destroyed that". The reason: I said I would be somewhere and I was 3 hours late because I was having lunch with someone else. Of course I could be cynical and dismiss this sentence because fairy tales don't exist, because life is always more complex. But it I was the reason the "fairy tale" was created and it was because of me that it ended.
